Dedicated, extraordinary people are at the core of the work we do for our clients, and teamwork and kindness are central to Acmeware’s identity.  Our team is the catalyst that allows us to provide more ideas, more information, more attention, and more solutions to the companies we serve, and we are delighted to see them excel at Acmeware.  The Wayne Bushur Kind Award, is dedicated to one of Acmeware’s staff members who recently passed away.  So long as they speak your name, you shall never die. This is an award granted to an Acmeware employee who exemplifies Kindness, Integrity, Network and Determination.

Claire Wennberg, Business Intelligence Solutions Manager

Claire’s primary responsibilities as Business Intelligence Solutions Manager at Acmeware is to lead the efforts and teams that support the education, development, implementation, and optimization of Power BI solutions across the organization.  Claire collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design data models, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.   She enjoys the Acmeware environment because of the great Acmeware team she works with, our great clients, and she is able to learn something new every day.  Her biggest challenge is that there aren’t enough hours in the day.

When Claire is not working, she is a busy mother of three young children and shares her home with a dog and a cat. She enjoys music, reading novels, and especially live outdoor concerts. A perfect day for Claire is spent outdoors — at the beach, on a hike, or working out — with the best part being someone else cooking dinner. When things get hectic, she likes to go for a walk. Before having children, Claire traveled extensively; some favorites were India, Thailand, and Turkey. Her bucket list for the coming year includes outdoor rock-climbing and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

It’s no surprise that Claire is honored with this award with the wonderful kudos she received from her colleagues.  Among the comments are “Claire approaches an intense workload with grace and a positive attitude. She is client centric ensuring that their problems are being solved. All of her interactions with clients revolve around building and growing relationships throughout the organization.”  Other comments include “I chose Claire because she is kind and honest. Her determination and teamwork make a positive difference for everyone around her.”
