Wayne Bushur KIND Award.

Dedicated, extraordinary people are at the core of the work we do for our clients, and teamwork and kindness are central to Acmeware’s identity.  Our team is the catalyst that allows us to provide more ideas, more information, more attention, and more solutions to the companies we serve, and we are delighted to see them excel at Acmeware.  The Wayne Bushur Kind Award, is dedicated to one of Acmeware’s staff members who recently passed away.  So long as they speak your name, you shall never die. This is an award granted to an Acmeware employee who exemplifies Kindness, Integrity, Network and Determination.

James Klaput, Sr. Consultant Analyst

James’ responsibilities as Senior Consultant Analysist at Acmeware are primarily to manage our client relationships including both technical and report development functions as well as providing high-service consulting and project management services to our clients and pods.  James is unfailingly cheerful, upbeat, and positive and is always helpful when asked for assistance.  He enjoys the Acmeware environment because it nurtures his continuous desire to make a difference in people’s lives.  James feels the team at Acmeware does just that for their clients and are committed to giving 110%, always going above and beyond for their clients.  He is proud of what we do at Acmeware and what we do for our clients. 

James’ varied interests and his zest for life is contagious and he is incredibly giving in his personal life.  He is driven to innovate and make positive changes to his community.  Over many years he has volunteered his time as a board member and participated in orphan ministry missions whereby children from other countries are hosted by Americans.  His six orphan ministry trips have taken him to Latvia, Ukraine, Poland, Russia, among others. His passion for missions and orphan ministry has resulted in James, his wife and two children adopting two children from other countries.  He has also been part of mission trip teams to Mexico and Brazil.  James said these experiences have opened his eyes to the world and he and his family are happy to make a difference.  His volunteer work is a true example of his passion for life and is inspiring.  James’ work life aligns with his values and Acmeware’s brand mission as well.

Traveling is a family adventure, and their love of life have taken them to many countries, including England, France, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Wales, in addition to their U.S.A. travels.  To James, the world is a fascinating place where you meet wonderful people and are educated by exploring places like the Anne Frank Museum, the Schindler’s Factory, and Auschwitz, among many other historical sites worldwide.  Currently he is learning to speak Portuguese.

 The two most important things in James’ life are family and faith.  His family enjoys their travels and make a point to visit one of his family’s favorite pastimes – movies and tv.  The family are huge Disney and Universal amusement park fans, and they also enjoy visiting the Ted Lasso, Goonies, Harry Potter, and other filming sites of TV shows and movies.  James chooses to enjoy life and thoroughly enjoys these experiences with his wife and children.

Well rounded, he is a music lover and enjoys all genres of music, he is an avid Baltimore Orioles fan (he once worked at Camden Yards) and loves watching international football matches from England and Wales as well as attend matches in England and Wales. 

James’ philosophy on life is to make a difference in people’s lives for the better.   We believe this demonstrates James’ character and one of the many reasons James deserves Acmeware’s Wayne Bushur Kind Award.
