In memory of Wayne Bushur, this annual award honors the Acmeware employee who exemplifies kindness, integrity, network, and determination.

The KIND Award was created in memory of Wayne Bushur, a colleague whose loss the Acmeware team still carries. Each year it recognizes one teammate who lives out the qualities Wayne brought to his work: Kindness, Integrity, Network, and Determination. These aren't values printed on a poster. They describe how our people solve hard problems for clients, how they support each other through long projects, and how they build the kind of trust that keeps hospitals with us for decades.

Claire leads teams supporting education, development, implementation, and optimization of Power BI solutions at Acmeware. She collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design data models, and deliver insights for strategic decision-making.
Claire appreciates working with her colleagues and clients while continuously learning. Her main challenge involves managing limited time within her demanding schedule.

Outside of Work
Claire is a mother of three with a dog and cat. She enjoys music, novels, and outdoor activities including hiking, beach visits, and fitness. She aspires to try rock climbing and maximize outdoor time. Previously, she traveled extensively through India, Thailand, and Turkey.
