Chart-abstracted Measures
Acmeware supports chart-based measures for CMS Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) and Hospital Outpatient Quality Reporting (OQR), as well as The Joint Commission ORYX.
We use QualityNet's CMS Abstraction & Reporting Tool (CART) in conjunction with our own Acmeware Report Viewer to take the manual work out of chart abstraction and provide additional insight into your measure data.
