Dedham, MA — Acmeware, a leading provider of services and solutions for the MEDITECH EHR, is pleased to announce the launch of its IT Staff Augmentation Services. Dedicated to the MEDITECH EHR, Acmeware has over 20 years of experience in the IT space specializing in the Data Repository. Our consultants all have extensive experience with MEDITECH from MAGIC through Expanse, with NPR, Data Repository, SQL Server, Report Designer and BCA. The Staff Augmentation Service is designed to provide hospitals with resources that have both MEDITECH and SQL Server experience. These resources can be used to help clear a backlog of report requests, plan for an upgrade to Expanse, manage workload during unexpected staff departures, provide Data Repository maintenance and support, and meet the need of supplying data from MEDITECH to other systems.

Glen D'Abate, President of Acmeware stated, "we are excited to roll out this new offering. Our goal has always been to help hospital IT departments support the MEDITECH EHR. With our Staff Augmentation Services, we can help smooth out the demand for report development and Data Repository support and maintenance when resources are limited for any number of reasons."

Whether it is a partial FTE or multiple FTEs, Acmeware can help manage your staff's informatics workload with our experienced analysts, all based in North America. Our extensive library of custom reports and outstanding customer service come at a predictable monthly cost. Acmeware also provides knowledge sharing as we work with hospital staff to help grow their skills.

Staff augmentation is made possible via our long-standing Partnership Program. The Acmeware Partnership Program is an annualized agreement providing a complete suite of services and Data Repository expertise. According to Mike Ward, CIO at Anderson Hospital, "while we work with many vendors, Acmeware has come to be a true partner. Since 2013, they've been an integral part of our IS department through their Partnership Program. Their Data Repository expertise has been invaluable."
