Racing with Time for Efficiency

Time is always a moving target and the prize of Efficiency can be hard to reach. When you go grocery shopping do you go into the store and buy your vegetables and bring them back to the car? Then go back in the store to pick up meats from the meat department and bring those back to the car? Then to the dairy department? I doubt it.
